About

Hello and welcome to my blog! I’m a 20-some year-old tangler from Berlin, Germany and on this blog I’ll post about my Zentangle journey. I stumbled upon Zentangle browsing the internet in August 2011. Since then I’ve been tangling and taking breaks from it – not because I got tired of it, but because of other duties and hobbies constantly keep me busy. However, since I love patterns, I never forgot about Zentangle and kept coming back again and again. In the beginning, I enjoyed Zentangle-inspired art the most, but in 2015 my focus shifted a bit more on the “real” tangling on tiles.

Apart from Zentangle, I enjoy drawing & painting ATCs / KaKAO-Karten, Urban Sketching and playing the game of Go.

The Zentangle® Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. It was created by Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas. “Zentangle” is a registered trademark of Zentangle, Inc. Learn more at zentangle.com.
